Our Story
Caring for Families as They Find Their Way Forward
Kithly was founded on the belief that families deserve calm, honest, plain-language resources during life's more complicated chapters.
Back to HomeWho We Are
A Thoughtful Resource for Families in Change
Kithly grew out of a simple observation: families going through transition often struggle to find resources that are educational, genuinely useful, and free from the pressure to make decisions before they feel ready. The usual options seemed to skip straight to professional services — useful, certainly, but not the starting point most households need.
We set up shop in Chonburi because the Eastern Seaboard area, with its large population of mixed-nationality households, international workers, and long-term residents, has a particular need for this kind of steady, non-pressuring support. Families here navigate change across cultures, languages, and legal systems — and the first thing most of them need is a clear, orderly way to think about what's happening.
Everything Kithly offers — from our introductory workshop to the extended preparation series — is designed as an educational and organisational resource only. We do not provide legal, financial, psychological, or clinical advice of any kind, and we do not represent participants in any professional capacity. Our role is to help families talk to each other more clearly and approach practical matters more calmly.
Our Mission
What We Stand For
Honesty Over Reassurance
We do not tell families what they want to hear. We give them clear, plain information so they can make their own considered decisions.
Education, Not Advice
Our role is to inform and organise — not to direct or represent. Families leave our programmes better prepared to seek the right professional guidance.
Pace Set by Families
Change rarely follows a convenient timeline. Our workshops and toolkits are designed to work around people's actual circumstances, not an arbitrary schedule.
Accessible to All Adults in a Household
Materials are written in plain language without jargon or specialist assumptions. Our workshops are open to any adult family member who wants to participate.

How We Work
Our Quality Standards
Educational Scope Only
All content is reviewed to ensure it remains within an educational and organisational remit — no advisory, clinical, or representative functions.
Privacy by Default
Participant information is handled with care. We collect only what is necessary and do not share personal data with third parties without clear consent.
Plain-Language Review
Every workshop module and toolkit section is reviewed for clarity before use. We aim for materials that any adult can read and act on without specialist knowledge.
Neutral Facilitation
Workshop facilitators are trained to remain neutral and to avoid directing participants toward any particular outcome. The aim is to support communication, not shape decisions.
Regular Content Updates
Our materials are reviewed periodically to keep general information current and to reflect feedback from participants on what has been most useful.
Participant Feedback Loop
We actively gather feedback after each programme to understand where families found most value and where we can do better.
Family Transition Education in Thailand
Kithly operates from Chonburi on Thailand's Eastern Seaboard, an area that is home to a significant number of mixed-nationality households, long-term expatriate residents, and Thai families who find themselves navigating transitions that touch multiple countries, languages, and systems. Our workshops and toolkits were built with this context in mind.
Family transitions — reorganising shared living arrangements, managing communication between household members during a difficult period, understanding the broad shape of common processes before consulting a professional — are areas where many families feel poorly served by the usual mix of formal advice and generic internet searches. Kithly sits between those two poles: more structured than searching online, more accessible than a professional consultation, and completely without pressure or obligation.
Our three core offerings — the Keeping Connected Workshop, the Shared Arrangements Toolkit, and the Comprehensive Preparation Series — are designed to work individually or as a progression. Families can begin wherever feels most relevant to their current situation, and are always encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance for matters that require it.
